Aquaria KLCC is based on the journey of water from the land to the sea. The journey starts in the misty highlands, down through rivers, through the rain forest and mangroves to the coral reefs into the deep blue sea.

The Aquaria is an educational trip for family with young children. The area of showcase is not huge; it takes about one to two hours to complete the walk through with plenty of time for young one to explore the place.

The center piece is a huge tank, the Living Ocean, which presents many types of small and large species. A tunnel tank with a moving travelator where you can marvel at Sand Tiger sharks, stingrays, marine turtles and others. You can see those creatures "flying" above you. Although there's a travelator, walking at the side walkway is better.

Visitors are treated to various feeding events at specific times for different species. There is a touch pool that kids will love it. Kids would be thrilled that they could hold a star fish, a baby shark, seas cucumber, as well as horseshoe crab in their palms at touch pool and it was definitely a great experience for them.
