Grand Circle Tour with Disneyland Rail Road Hong Kong

Disneyland railroad is one of the many attractions that everybody can enjoy. The Railroad is the first attraction that you see when entering the park. It is also the most popular attractions in the park and tends to be busiest in the mornings. You can use it as transportation to other areas of the park or simply for the experience of the "Grand Circle Tour", from the Main-street to Adventure-Land, Grizzly Gulch, Toy Story land and Fantasy-Land. The railroad station is situated at the entrance of Disneyland and at Fantasy-Land station.

The train consists of 5 carriages, with a passenger capacity of 50 people each. The seats are arranged in 3 rows of bench-seating facing inward to the park for quick disembark/embark at the depots and for easier viewing of the park panorama.

How does the Hong Kong Peak Tram climb?

The Peak Tramway (Chinese: 山頂纜車) is a funicular railway in Hong Kong, which carries both tourists and residents to the upper levels of Hong Kong Island. Running from Central district to Victoria Peak via the Mid-Levels, it provides the most direct route and offers good views over the harbour and skyscrapers of Hong Kong.

A funicular railway, also known as an inclined plane or cliff railway, is a cable railway in which a cable attached to a pair of tram-like vehicles on rails moves them up and down a steep slope; the ascending and descending vehicles counterbalance each other.

Seeing iron meteorite in Bandung Geology Museum Indonesia

Geological Museum was established on May 16, 1928. The museum has been renovated with a grant from JICA (Japan International Cooperation Agency). Located at 57 th Diponegoro street, Bandung, West Java, and close to the provincial government building of West Java know as “the Gedung Sate”.

Geology Museum has an area of about 2000 m2 divided into several exhibition halls on the first floor and second floor. It stored geological materials, such as fossils, rocks, minerals and meteorite.  All of them were collected during fieldwork in Indonesia since 1850.

Ground Floor

Orientation chamber contains geographical map of Indonesia in the form of relief widescreen on geology activities, booths providing information services, and booths that provide education and research.

The West Wing chamber, known as Indonesia Geology chamber which presents information about the hypothesis of the earth in the solar system, mock-up model of the movement of the plates active earth's crust, and various fossils and human history according to Darwinian evolution.
This chamber also showcased various types of rocks (igneous, sedimentary, and metamorphic), minerals, and crystallographic arrangement in the form of panels and original props. This chamber also showcase Indonesia's geological research activities including the types of equipment / supplies field, mapping and research facilities as well as the results of the activities


Second Floor

The center chamber and the east side one on the second floor is used for geologist at human life demonstration.

Middle chamber contains mockups world's largest gold mine, which is located in the Middle Mountains of Irian Jaya. Gransberg open pit which has reserves of about 1.186 billion tons, with a content of 1.02% copper, 1.19 grams gold / tonne and silver 3 grams / tonne. Some examples of original rock Irian Jaya (Papua) are arranged in a glass mockups. Miniature tower of oil and gas drilling are also exhibited here.
